The Abstract Nails

We are a boutique nail studio, specializing in nail care services. At the present time we are only operating by appointment only and do not take any walk in appointments. To schedule an appointment please contact us at (786)922-3645 or send an email to info@theabstractnails.com. When requesting to schedule an appointment please include your first and last name, service you are interested in, along with the date and time. Appointments are subject to availability and are only a request. If your request is accepted you will receive a booking confirmation. All appointments require a $15 non refundable deposit to hold appointment. We Understand that unforeseeable incidents occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule we ask that you give at least a 24 hour notice when rescheduling deposit can be applied to one future appointment. Cancellations - If you need to cancel your service we asked that you give a 24 hour notice by phone or email. Failure to do so will result in deposit being non refundable and non transferable. Customers that are no shows will not be able to request any future appointments. In the event that you are running late we asked that you communicate with us via telephone, a grace period of 10 minutes is given as a courtesy. After 10 minutes you are officially late and a late fee will be applied (Example if your appointment is at 9am, you have until 9:10am to physically be in the salon, 9:11am you are late.) Failure to communicate can result in automatic cancellation of appointment. Same day appointment request are required to pay 50% percent of total service amount and amount is non refundable. To provide you with the best care and service no extra guest or company is allowed to accompany you inside of beauty suite. If client fails to follow this important rule service will automatically be canceled and will forfeit deposit from being applied to another future service. All clients are REQUIRED to wear a MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE BEING SERVICED. NO MASK NO SERVICE. NO EXPECTATIONS, ANY CUSTOMERS WHO REFUSE TO ADHERE WITH THIS POLICY WILL NOT BE SERVICED. DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND 30% CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no show appointments or Cancellations within 24 hours of the schedule appointment. Deposit will also be forefited.
