We are a boutique nail studio, specializing in nails and skincare services. Appointments are preferred but we do accept walk ins, please call to ensure that we can take you. To schedule an appointment please contact us at (786)779-6967 or send an email to info@theabstractnails.com. When requesting to schedule an appointment please include your first and last name, service you are interested in, along with the date and time. Appointments are subject to availability. All appointments require a $15 non refundable deposit that will go towards to cost of your service. We Understand that unforeseeable incidents occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule we ask that you give at least a 24 hour notice when rescheduling deposit can be applied to one future appointment. Cancellations - If you need to cancel your service we asked that you give a 24 hour notice by phone or email. Failure to do so will result in deposit being non refundable and non transferable. Customers that are no shows will not be able to request any future appointments. In the event that you are running late we ask that you communicate with us via telephone, a grace period of 10 minutes is given as a courtesy. After 10 minutes you are officially late, late fee may apply. (Example if your Failure to communicate can result in automatic cancellation of appointment. To provide you with the best care and service no extra guest or company is allowed to accompany you inside of beauty suite. If client fails to follow this important rule service will automatically be canceled and will forfeit deposit from being applied to another future service. We are committed to providing you with the best one on one experience that we can, unfortunately we do not rush services if you are short on time we may not be the salon for you.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no show appointments or Cancellations within 24 hours of the schedule appointment. Deposit will also be forefited.
